After earning a Master’s in a study now known as International Land and Water Management and gaining field experience in Brazil, Ethiopia, and Madagascar, I began my career in 2005 with FAO Madagascar and at the Dutch NGO SNV in Niger and Rwanda, focusing on land tenure, value chains, and market systems. This laid the foundation for my transition in 2010 to the private sector, where I led sustainability initiatives in the cocoa and coffee industries, partnering with global clients, governments, and NGOs.
Today, with an Executive MBA from Erasmus University, Rotterdam I offer strategic consultancy, empowering organizations and fostering leadership to deliver innovative solutions for sustainable impact and especially in the domain Human Rights, the 'S' of ESG.
